The LCV 2 is a one-point pneumatic blanking press with top drive and six-station rotary table designed for small presswork in the rubber industry when the presswork requires manual loading of the material without possibility of using technological appliances.
The basic portion of the press is a welded frame dimensionally stabilized by annealing and in whitch is mounted the working unit and bracket with rotary table receiving the tools. The preforms to be dinked are loaded by hand outside the working space into the tool. To ensure reliable indexing of the table each tool is fitted with vacuumizing function and unloading after the dinking operation is facilitated by pressure air. All mechanisms are actuated by automatic enabling via the operation panel modification of the technological working modes with possible diagnosing of its faults. The number of parts are registered by both a day and total counter.
